Rugby double win for Advanced with Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Carnegie

Rugby League Club Leeds Rhinos and Rugby Union Club Yorkshire Carnegie have announced the appointment of Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced) to handle their ticketing and CRM operations. The clubs will implement TALENT Sport, the ecommerce ticketing platform from Advanced, as part of their strategy to deliver a first class online ticketing experience and membership management for their fans.

 

The Yorkshire based clubs chose TALENT Sport in response to feedback via the Leeds Rugby Fans Forum, where supporters for both codes of Rugby were asked about the online usability of the clubs’ current ticketing system and how the online experience could be improved.

 

Sian Jones, Head of Customer Experience at Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Carnegie, said; "We identified a requirement to enhance our online ticketing platform and went out to the market to find an organisation with ticketing and sports at the forefront of its objectives and experience.

 

“We were very impressed with the ease of use and online functionality of TALENT Sport. This innovative platform will enable us to deliver a top class online experience which we are confident will fulfil the needs of our fans," concluded Jones.

 

The solution is due to go live early 2016 and members of the Leeds Rugby Fans Forum have already ‘test driven’ the system to ensure it delivers the best possible service for fans.
