User Committees

The role of the user committee is to represent the views of the user group as a whole.

The committees provide input into product enhancements and the product roadmap, organise the annual user groups with logistical support from Advanced Business Solutions and provide feedback on Advanced Business Solutions Services and Support helping to improve the overall customer experience.

Each committee meets 2-4 times a year and take part in conference calls as necessary. The user groups take place annually in May and June and the committee act as facilitators for all of the sessions with Advanced providing practical back up if required.
